Why is leadership important?
As leaders and managers in business, government, education, and nonprofit organizations, we need to expand our ability to motivate, influence, and develop individuals and groups.
The Gestalt method believes that effective leadership begins with a deep personal understanding. CCPAA’s Transformative Leadership Program in partnership with Gestalt Psychotherapists explores the unique strengths you bring to your leadership role, and enhances your skills in working with others to maximize the potential and performance of your organization. You will grow as an individual and as a leader,
Program Structure:
Learning occurs by experiential Gestalt methods and is interactive in nature. Working in groups, pairs, triads, participants are posed provocative questions that guide them through self inquiry, personal mastery and discussion. Pedagogical tools include embodied process, art, re-enactment and reflective inquiry. Presentation and group sharing is facilitated in a safe environment to promote personal and interpersonal growth. Participants will be asked to try new ways of communicating and experimenting to stretch beyond what is familiar.
Approximately 24 hours of training that covers the following and much more:
- Awareness, Core Values
- Connecting to Self and Purpose
- Interpersonal Leadership
- Resilience, Being Leadership and Commitment

Program Fees:
$240/24 hours for non members
$180/24 hours for regular memebers
