When managing a private business, owners and directors are constantly forced to wear multiple hats. Beyond delivering core products or services, running a successful enterprise demands a sophisticated understanding of corporate structure, legal compliance, proactive tax planning, and strategic wealth management.

Managing a private business is no longer just about daily operations; it is about building sustainable corporate value, securing competitive funding, navigating regulatory shifts, and successfully planning for future wealth transition.

This seminar brings together leading industry experts to address the critical pillars of Owner Management:

● Corporate Law & Structure: Protecting corporate assets and mitigating liability.

● Accounting & Funding: Preparing robust financial reporting to unlock diverse funding channels.

● Corporate Tax & Estate Planning: Optimizing tax structures and securing a seamless wealth legacy.

● Passive Investment: Maximizing returns on corporate surplus cash while managing tax implications.
