CCPAA 2017 Excel Workshop II
Canadian-Chinese Professional Accountants Association (CCPAA) is going to hold an Excel Workshop on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Fairview Mall Library.
In this class, you will learn everything you need to perform at a high level in Excel, including formula writing, combining formulas and building templates. This class will give you the tools to be a more desirable job candidate and more productive worker
Workshop Framework
?Intermediate and combining formulas (Vlookup, Hlookup, IF, Sumif , Index-Match, Nested-Ifs)
?Create, modify and maintain excel templates
? Accountant specific takeaways
-Example 1 Trail balance control
-Example 2 Cash/ Bank reconciliation
-Example 3 Sub-ledger maintenance
-Example 4 Expenses accruals

?To enjoy the workshop you must be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
?Because you are going to do the hands-on work, please bring your own laptop (instructors will be using Windows);
?If you’d like, we recommend bringing your own raw data, if you are interested in building a dashboard around your data. We’ll have sample data if you do not have your own (distributed before workshop).
?You need to warm-up before workshop. Please print out and review the materials sent by CCPAA Excel admin team and remember to take it with you on March 19, 2017.
