Prior to joining CIBC, Hao held various roles in technology, risk management, global loan syndication and financial sector consulting at several well-known banks and public sector. Hao holds a Master of Finance degree and a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Central University of Finance and Economics. Hao is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager. Hao also volunteers in her local community, including WCM, TRIEC and CUFE Alumni Association. Mary Chan, CFA, CPA Mary is a Director of Sustainable Finance at CIBC Capital Markets and has 15 years of experience in various areas of Risk, Finance, Equity Research, and Corporate Banking. As part of her current role, she supports clients in their sustainability journey and integrating ESG objectives within their capital and debt structure.
