This workshop provides an overview of how Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions operate within large banking institutions. It will introduce the key responsibilities of finance teams in supporting business strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis across different banking divisions such as retail banking, wealth management, and capital markets. The session will also explore how FP&A professionals partner with business leaders to monitor financial performance, analyze key drivers such as net interest margin, operating costs, and revenue growth, and support strategic decision-making. Participants will gain insights into the structure of finance teams within banks and the analytical tools used to support management and regulatory reporting.

He has worked in finance roles supporting business performance analysis, financial reporting, and decision-making for senior leadership. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Financial Technology and has experience across banking and financial services organizations.
