Jeff is a Managing Director in MNP’s Corporate Finance group in Toronto with more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, valuation, and lending. He advises business owners, entrepreneurs, management teams, and boards on divestitures, acquisitions, valuations, and strategic initiatives.
Jeff has worked with private companies, public corporations, and private equity groups across sectors, including industrials, consumer and retail, health care, technology, financial services, and professional services. A former business owner, he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow, maximize value, and successfully exit their businesses.
Prior to joining MNP, Jeff held roles in mid-market M&A at a Canadian bank, a boutique investment bank, and an asset-based lender. He earned a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004.
