Henri is a Senior Manager at KPMG Canada’s Consumer and Industrial Markets Tax practice working with public and private corporate clients. His experience includes tax accounting, auditing or preparation of tax provisions under US, IFRS and ASPE GAAPs. He helps clients meet ongoing tax compliance obligations through the preparation and review of corporate income tax returns for both Canadian resident corporations and non-resident corporations carrying on business in Canada. He also assists clients with tax planning matters by identifying potential tax savings opportunities and resolving potential tax issues.
Henri develops and mentors tax managers and specialists. He has also been a tutor for the CPA In-Depth tax course group study Part I and II. His specialties include corporate and business tax, corporate tax advisory, corporate tax compliance and tax audits.

Janice Lai, CPA, CA, is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Canadian Corporate Tax practice with more than 13 years of experience providing tax advisory, compliance, planning, and tax accounting services to domestic and multinational public and private companies. She brings industry experience across consumer and industrial markets, including manufacturing and retail. Janice regularly advises clients on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border income tax matters, including repatriation of funds and corporate reorganizations, and supports clients with tax authority enquiries and audit matters. Janice has strong expertise in IFRS and U.S. GAAP income tax accounting and has completed a one-year secondment with KPMG’s National Tax Centre, where she contributed to internal and external income tax technical updates and supported firm-wide learning initiatives.

Cosimo Commisso, CPA, MAcc is a Tax Manager at KPMG LLP in the Canadian Private Enterprise Tax practice, with over 3 years of experience providing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to Canadian-controlled private corporations, Canadian resident individuals, trusts, and partnerships. He advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, including corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and post-mortem planning, and works closely with owner-managed businesses and their stakeholders to help navigate complex tax considerations and compliance requirements.
