Owner of Blachford Tax Law 

Dean Blachford is a tax lawyer specializing exclusively in tax dispute resolution and litigation. Over the past decade, he has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses, from across Canada, resolve their tax matters with CRA, putting the stress and anxiety behind them.

Dean is an award-winning writer and frequent speaker on tax dispute matters. He received his law degrees from McGill University and began his legal career working for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada, where he received a behind-the-scenes perspective on what it takes to win a tax dispute.

Ella Sui

Law Clerk & Office Manager, Blachford Tax Law 

Ella Sui is a Tax Law Clerk. She comes from an entrepreneurial Chinese family and is a key resource in helping us serve the Chinese business community. Ella completed the Law Clerk Ontario College Diploma at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Ottawa. In addition to English, she is fluent in Mandarin and French.
